The Dragos Sales team is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, detail-oriented Manager of Sales Operations to focus and develop the Quote to Cash process along with implementing the CPQ tool. They would be working alongside the Sales, Product and Finance teams to establish a Quote to Cash process that is accurate and will allow Dragos to be forward thinking.  In addition, they will be supporting the Director level Sales team to ensure they have all Operational needs covered. The Manager and Director of Sales Operations will work together to ensure all levels of Sales are getting supported and able to focus on closing deals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Choosing a CPQ tool and implementing it in 2021
  • Establishing a Quote to Cash Process
  • Working on Documenting current process and having periodic reviews of the process
  • Supporting our Sales Directors

Requirements

  • Over 10 years' experience in enterprise technology sales operations, including being the primary resource to support forecasting, sales pipeline analysis and KPI's, pricing strategies, and other techniques to enable a highly productive sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, economics, mathematics, or statistics
  • Advanced experience with spreadsheets, including knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and team-focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Software Development Engineer in Test Technical Lead

Dragos has an opportunity for an SDET Technical Lead to join our growing Quality Engineering team and make great contributions to our mission of Safeguarding Civilization.  As a SDET technical lead, reporting to the Manager of QE, you will help lead a team of 3 Senior SDETs in architecting an easy to maintain framework for performing acceptance/build validation, functional, security, performance, and regression tests using PyTest and Selenium Web Driver.  You will help decide where automation can add value, and where the efforts to automate outweigh its benefits; we do not take an “automate everything” approach, so good judgment and resource utilization skills are a must.
 
Our headquarters is located in Hanover, MD, and you have the flexibility of either working from home or out of our office post-COVID.  Must be eligible to work in and live within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3 (and growing!) SDETs working in Agile Kanban, both architecting out a framework for growing and maintaining our suites of automated tests. (75% hands on coding, 25% lead activities)
  • Demonstrated understanding of where test automation drives the most value and where it can enable our manual testers to be more effective
  • Learn and understand our technology stack.  Provide proactive suggestions for validating any areas where gaps may exist that automation may fill.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, not only to reliably convey technical information to SDETs and other Test Engineers, but through clear, concise communications to leadership at a high level, and understanding the audience for any given set of information.
  • Provide data-driven insights to track the progress of automated testing product quality improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of combined manual and automated testing for on-prem and cloud products
  • 5+ years of advanced experience with Python, PyTest, shell scripting, and Selenium WebDriver
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a technical team, either quality of development
  • Demonstrated expertise with and understanding of TCP/IP, including routers, switches, firewalls, and familiarity with the OSI Network Model and how it relates to Linux/UNIX components.
  • Experience with debugging issues to find root cause analysis in customer and development environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux and Git
  • Experience with virtualization and hypervisors like VMWare ESX, KVM, Microsoft Hyper-V, Xen, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies and Atlassian toolsets (ie. Jira)

Performance Objectives

  • 30 days: Have a basic understanding of Dragos’s platform, dependencies, and knowledge of how the Quality Practice works at Dragos.  Understand the automation code base, and be able to actively work on automation tickets.
  • 90 days: Demonstrated team leadership skills - Autonomously leading the SDET team.  We should have a marked and demonstrable improvement in automation coverage for regression and performance tests.
  • 180 days: Target of 50% of regression tests covered.  We are able to reduce our regression testing time by half.  Quality Engineering org sees SDET team as helping accelerate the testing they are doing, and turn-around times are reduced for all automation requests.  Backlog for all automation tasks is well-groomed and prioritized based on feedback from QE Manager on business priorities
  • 365 days: 75% of regression tests are automated.  All SDETs have a proven and extensible framework to build in.  Proven leadership ability to help scale team past initial 3 and bolster our quality efforts while helping drive a culture of responsible, judicious, maintainable, and scaleable automation.

Senior Reverse Engineer - R&D

The Dragos Threat Operations team serves as boots-on-the-ground on solving industrial control system security challenges. We then bring that expertise back and integrate it into our software technology: The Dragos Platform. Dragos is looking for a Senior Reverse Engineer to join its Research and Development team. This position works closely with Threat Operations Center, Intelligence teams and Engineering teams to extend insights in industrial protocol analysis, network behavior, and network situational awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Generate innovative asset identification capabilities, protocol parsers, and threat behavior analytics for the Dragos Platform
  • Conduct in-depth reverse engineering of hardware and software to support building and testing of both network protocol parsers and detection logic
  • Research and document system modification, command and control protocols, encryption/encoding schemes and other general functionality
  • Work with customers and industry partners to collect, analyze and capitalize on new host and network analytic opportunities in production environments. 

Requirements

We are looking for a talented Senior Content Marketing Manager to help drive our inbound content marketing strategies, including social media, long form, and lead generation. Our ideal candidate is a professional, self-starter who can manage content marketing with little oversight and hold themselves accountable for meeting their commitments. 
 
Reporting to the Senior Director of Dragos Corporate Communications, our ideal candidate is a creative marketing communications professional with experience in cybersecurity, preferably with a writing background. The candidate should be able to lead development of our content program, manage a process that relies on contributions from a cross-functional team, as well as manage an editorial calendar of deliverables used to engage our target audiences. For this position, it is also essential to be current with new technologies and marketing trends. The candidate should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relevant and compelling content for specific audiences – from concept to final deliverable
  • Program and project management of a cross-functional team of marketing and non-marketing subject-matter experts
  • In partnership with marketing team, plan, develop and manage an integrated content strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Manage content distribution
  • Proven copy editing and editorial prowess
  • Measure effectiveness of content against program objectives and KPI’s

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of content marketing experience
  • Experience in and knowledge of cybersecurity and/or B2B
  • Prior experience working with startup technology companies and leading content marketing programs
  • Project management skills and an understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholders' priorities in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads, and sales
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), good interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with partner counterparts and internal team members

The Dragos Professional Services team serves as the boots-on-the-ground industry experts in solving industrial control system (ICS) security challenges. We then bring current operational insights back from the field and integrate them into our software technology: The Dragos Platform. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about safeguarding civilization, with hands-on experience in performing vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and red teaming. Candidates will be working directly with U.S. and international customers and directly contributing to R&D efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the overall lead of individual customer engagements and primary subject matter expert on a team performing vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and red teaming in industrial environments. These engagements include a range of tasks such as documentation review and gap analysis, and active exploitation of customer owned hardware and software.
  • Perform Scope of Work (SOW) reviews, Rules of Engagement (ROE) development, and other documentation-related tasks where attention to detail and technical accuracy are critical to engagement success.
  • Responsible for the final delivery of findings and recommendations documents. This includes verbally presenting findings and addressing customer questions.
  • Turn insights from customer engagements into research and innovation projects to fuel Dragos technology advancement. This includes the analysis of packet capture (PCAP) and other data types to produce protocol dissectors, characterizations, signatures, and other analytics.
  • Turn insights from customer engagements into content for the Dragos customer training program. This includes authoring new lesson and exercise material, and facilitating the Dragos five-day ICS security course.
  • Create and facilitate tabletop exercises tailored to customer infrastructures and environments, with detailed scenarios illustrating consequences and effects. Participate in exercises in order to showcase Dragos capabilities and transfer knowledge that enables customers to respond to real-world attacks.
  • Support the larger community and represent Dragos through outreach efforts such as webinars, whitepapers, and conference presentations with novel content and ideas.
  • Serve as a mentor for fellow team members, including assigned direct reports.

Requirements

  • Willingness to be a team player on a fast-moving team focused on rapidly elevating the state of industrial security.
  • 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, and proven ability to perform red teaming and threat emulation using known/expected tactics employed by nation state and other advanced threat actors.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with common assessment and penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of cyber threats, common attack vectors, exploits, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP).
  • Ability to calculate the operational or safety impact of exploited vulnerabilities, and recommend prioritized, cost-effective mitigations or controls.
  • Ability to collect and analyze network data in a cybersecurity context.
  • Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate training and present complex analytical data to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, both domestic and international (average travel is 35%).

Desired Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience with Web Application Technologies: HTTP, REST, browser development console
  • Experience with API test tools such as PostMan, and automated tools such as Selenium Webdriver, TestCafe, Cypress, etc.
  • Previous experience with browser compatibility testing, both desktop and mobile (IOS/Android) using both manual and automated tools
  • Strong comfort level working with Linux
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python and shell scripting (bash)
  • Familiarity with git workflows
  • Understanding/familiarity with working in Docker and virtual environments

  • Communicate across the internal Dragos marketing teams to promote and champion partner marketing activities, including maintaining web partner pages.

Qualifications

This position works closely with Threat Operations Center, Intelligence teams and Engineering teams to drive insights in industrial protocol analysis, network situational awareness, and threat behavioral analytics.
 

Responsibilities

  • Generate innovative threat behavior analytics for discovering historical and emerging threats to industrial networks and devices
  • Produce network focused analytics from threat intelligence and research-generated source data
  • Work with customers and industry partners to collect, analyze and capitalize on new host and network analytic opportunities in production environments. 

Requirements

Senior Industrial Incident Responder

The Dragos Threat Operations team serves as boots-on-the-ground on solving industrial control system security challenges. We then bring that expertise back and integrate it into our software technology: The Dragos Platform. Dragos is looking to strengthen its flyaway team for analysts with hands-on knowledge network analysis and incident response to defend our customers’ industrial environments. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of incident response, intrusion analysis, hunting, and a variety of industrial software and hardware within electric, oil and gas, or advanced manufacturing verticals.
 
This role requires 50% travel, both domestic and international

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teammates for Incident Response Retainer customers; this includes onsite and offsite incident response activities to include triage and analysis within industrial environments
  • Collaborate with teammates for hunts within industrial environments; including initial planning phases, execution and reporting phase
  • Serve as lead in investigations, hunts and day-to-day operations in industrial environments
  • Generate playbooks and other content for customers
  • Assist in other service engagements such as tabletop exercises, assessments, training, etc

Requirements

  • Willingness to be a team player on fast-moving team focused on rapidly innovating the state of industrial security
  • 4+ years hands-on experience
  • Skilled in intrusion analysis, incident response and forensics
  • Ability to analyze and interact with industrial network protocols
  • Ability to run an investigation from start to finish including pivoting between data types and correlating events together

Responsibilities

  • Work with Agile Scrum/Kanban embedded QE Team members to define and execute performance-related tests for the platform as a whole and each subcomponent 
  • Analyze output and log files from tests with the goal of establishing baselines and measuring of deltas to proactively characterize and report on system/subsystem performance
  • Author test cases/suites in Test Rail, proactively review test cases written by other Quality Engineers
  • Communicate status of platform performance at any snapshot in time, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong UNIX/Linux skills, from administrative/management perspective
  • Demonstrated expertise with and understanding of TCP/IP, including routers, switches, firewalls, and familiarity with the OSI Network Model and how it relates to Linux/UNIX components.
  • Understanding of x86 architecture, hardware/software interactions, and impacts that HW configurations may have on software performance (i.e. NUMA node optimizations, CPU core affinities, etc.)
  • Organized, articulate, and a team-player
  • Prefer Strong experience IXIA, T-REX, or Spirent, for traffic generation,

Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting and break/fix support for the Platform and all deployed sensors
  • Assist with the tuning to ensure sensors are not overloaded and appropriate traffic is being analyzed. 
  • Coordinate upgrades, patches and other configuration changes to the Platform and all deployed sensors.
  • Communicate roadmap of features and content for future platform users
  • Continually solicit client feedback on feature request, improvements or potential issues.
  • Collaborate with client’s teams on network architecture, sensor placement and planning activities for the deployment of new sensors.
  • Manage issue escalation to the engineering group as required and conduct new release feature walkthroughs as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in industry (i.e. controls engineer) or InfoSec (ICS cyber security experience ideal)
  • Networking experience – must have good understanding of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, ICS protocols
  • Software familiarity –Linux (command line), CENTOS, Docker, scripting languages (python, shell, etc)
  • Must have excellent communication skills
