We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing team who’s passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), has a knack for connecting with others, and the horsepower to build a strategic partnerships team from the ground up. Everything you do has the ability to make a real, measurable impact on our students’ careers and lives, and ultimately change the future of job training and success.

In this role, you’ll help develop a partnerships playbook and systematically execute to create student pipeline from mission aligned partners. You’ll also own full cycle partnership management - sourcing and closing new partnership opportunities as well as managing & supporting existing partnership accounts. In this role you’ll report directly to our Head of Growth and work closely with other team leads. While our team is fully remote & distributed, for this role we are prioritizing candidates locating in the United States. We are also unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a repeatable partnerships playbook to identify, source, and manage strategic partnerships with Nonprofits, Educational Institutions, Affinity/Identity Groups, and similar organizations 
  • Be responsible for forecasting student pipeline and hitting student quotas on a consistent basis
  • Articulate and sell Flockjay’s value, distinctive competencies, and advantages in the marketplace
  • Build and present a set of high quality Flockjay pitches and marketing collateral to potential partners and their audiences (some design support available)
  • Support any co-marketing efforts between partner orgs and Flockjay

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in Partnership Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Channel Marketing, etc. 
  • Experience building a partnerships pipeline targeting nonprofits, educational institutions, affinity groups, and similar organizations
  • Experience developing partnership strategy and identifying, sourcing, and analyzing new partnership opportunities
  • Desire to own full cycle partnership management - both partner acquisition and account management
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to understand our partners’ strategic priorities, challenges, and internal roadmaps and how Flockjay can support their goals

Who You Are:

As Curriculum Developer, you will be accountable for the successful design, implementation and maintenance of Flockjay’s Tech Sales Curriculum. You will also create the systems and processes for tracking student progress and reporting on results. 

You love the exercise of thinking through how to best teach people and the creativity involved in curriculum design, but you are also organized and process-oriented and have experience taking many inputs and organizing them into one cohesive output. 

We are looking for someone who can jump in and start building on Day 1, but who can also think through the bigger picture and record and document the curriculum creation and reporting process so that we can achieve excellence at scale. 

This position requires an analytical and data-driven mindset, an obsession with detail, passion for process development, and operational focus. While you'll need to be able to operate autonomously and with initiative, you'll have the support of our team and report directly to our Head of Learning. This position is also remotely-friendly however we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the production of synchronous and asynchronous digital content 
  • Strategize and collect data and metrics to design the best learning development plans
  • Create assessments and learning checks based on the curriculum 
  • Build and execute a system for tracking and presenting student results based on assessments 
  • Constantly test and upgrade the curriculum to align with current events 
  • Create lasting resources for our Tech Fellows to use during class and beyond

What You'll Bring:

  • Relevant experience - You have 2+ years of teaching, curriculum design, implementation, and testing 
  • Result Driven and Data-Oriented- You are maniacal about tracking and presenting data 
  • Organized and process-focused - You have demonstrated success rolling out curriculum at scale; you’ve taken things from 0 to 1 and documented the process so that it can be repeated 
  • Presentation skills - You are not only a curriculum creator but you know the best way to present the data for optimal results
  • Tech Savvy - You are always looking for new tools to increase efficiency on your end and for learners 
  • LMS experience - You know the ins and outs of a Learning Management system and are driven to use all the tools it offers

  • Demonstrate mastery of fundamental tech sales skills like Discovery Calls, Qualifying, Pitching, Objection Handling, Prospecting, Time Management, and Consultative Sales.
  • Provide group-wide and individualized feedback to Tech Fellows based on their progress throughout the course 
  • Work directly with Flockjay’s Training team to identify performance issues, provide recommendations, and offer 1:1 coaching via weekly office hours
  • Ensure classes are engaging, informative and effective in a remote-first, virtual environment
  • Answer questions about Flockjay’s program and effectively convey their value to students

  • Prior success - you have at least 3 years of either a) closing experience in a consultative sales role (B2B SaaS sales) with a proven track record of success, or b) experience as a sales manager, trainer, or coach

In this role you’ll report to our CEO, work closely with other team leads, and be fully remote.

What You'll Do

  • Report to the Founder/CEO and oversee the financial aspects of the company
  • Support global month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new systems and internal controls that meet Flockjay’s business growth and culture
  • Facilitate accounting team’s commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP and compliance internationally
  • Maintain the cash records for the company; reconcile all cash accounts with bank-provided information, including credit card transactions with reports from those agencies
  • Assist in evaluation and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify issues and areas for improvement within the current close process and implement process improvements
  • Assist with preparation of material as required for the board of directors
  • Provide a high level of customer service with finance and non-finance business partners
  • Well versed in multiple areas of accounting
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by management
  • Assist with the interim and annual audit and tax filings

  • Experience -- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and industry, preferred)
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls

What You'll Do

  • Plan and run our student acquisition marketing initiatives to ensure that we hit student pipeline targets for each class
  • Continually research and test into new acquisition strategies
  • Measure, test, and improve the efficacy of our student referral program
  • Develop a partnership strategy to build a steady student pipeline from relevant organizations and communities
  • Continue to test and optimize paid ad channels for cost effective acquisition
  • Create and execute a robust content marketing strategy to support the student journey
  • Setup and maintain our marketing automation cadences for email and SMS
  • Leverage automation and productivity tools to multiply your output as an individual (Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
  • Work hand and hand with our Admissions team to ensure we hit student enrollment goals

Who You Are:

As Curriculum Developer, you will be accountable for the successful design, implementation and maintenance of Flockjay’s Tech Sales Curriculum. You will also create the systems and processes for tracking student progress and reporting on results. 

You love the exercise of thinking through how to best teach people and the creativity involved in curriculum design, but you are also organized and process-oriented and have experience taking many inputs and organizing them into one cohesive output. 

We are looking for someone who can jump in and start building on Day 1, but who can also think through the bigger picture and record and document the curriculum creation and reporting process so that we can achieve excellence at scale. 

This position requires an analytical and data-driven mindset, an obsession with detail, passion for process development, and operational focus. While you'll need to be able to operate autonomously and with initiative, you'll have the support of our team and report directly to our Head of Learning. This position is also remotely-friendly however we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the production of synchronous and asynchronous digital content 
  • Strategize and collect data and metrics to design the best learning development plans
  • Create assessments and learning checks based on the curriculum 
  • Build and execute a system for tracking and presenting student results based on assessments 
  • Constantly test and upgrade the curriculum to align with current events 
  • Create lasting resources for our Tech Fellows to use during class and beyond

What You'll Bring:

  • Relevant experience - You have 2+ years of teaching, curriculum design, implementation, and testing 
  • Result Driven and Data-Oriented- You are maniacal about tracking and presenting data 
  • Organized and process-focused - You have demonstrated success rolling out curriculum at scale; you’ve taken things from 0 to 1 and documented the process so that it can be repeated 
  • Presentation skills - You are not only a curriculum creator but you know the best way to present the data for optimal results
  • Tech Savvy - You are always looking for new tools to increase efficiency on your end and for learners 
  • LMS experience - You know the ins and outs of a Learning Management system and are driven to use all the tools it offers

As a key member of the Outcomes team, you will be critical to Flockjay’s ongoing success and growth, as well as the success and growth of our students. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full cycle post-graduation to hire process for candidates and partners
  • Lead role scoping meetings with hiring partners to understand their needs, ideal candidate profile and gather key matching inputs
  • Build strong relationships with hiring partners and follow up with them to ensure they efficiently move candidates through the hiring pipeline
  • Coach candidates through the interview process and connect them with the appropriate resources to ensure success 
  • Create candidate support programs that ensure Flockjay graduates are equipped with the training and skills necessary to secure job offers

As Flockjay’s People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an environment where individuals and the organization can thrive as we continue to grow & scale. The People Operations/Human Resources function is one that will support and align with the organization’s business goals, objectives, and strategies while also honoring each individual’s contribution to and journey at Flockjay.

  • Create scalable, cohesive People Operations strategy + infrastructure that is tailored to employees at all levels both in our SF office and those working remotely
