We are looking for an E-Learning Specialist who has experience developing eLearning courses in eFront. This resource will join the L&D team and work with SMEs to define the required learning and implement courses in eFront.

What you will do

  • Perform training needs analysis to determine the full scope of training required
  • Determine learning objectives for the training opportunity to meet the needs of the learner and business unit
  • Develop eLearning training modules
  • Determine framework (method of delivery, activities, content, evaluation method) of learning solution to ensure learning objectives are met
  • Identify the detailed content of the program to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and to develop learning solutions that align business needs with training objectives
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to organize the necessary material into logical educational patterns appropriate for the end users
  • Assist in the administration of the corporate learning management system eFront (LMS)
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge
  • Perform other duties as needed

Who you are

  • 4 or more years ( with 2 or more years in a corporate environment) of experience with eLearning and related notions; knowledge of current and emerging eLearning technology and best practices 
  • Worked with eFront LMS and GSuite
  • Familiarity with other LMS a plus
  • Bachelor degree or relevant degree (e.g., Education, Computer Sciences, Multimedia) preferred
  • An eye for visual design and experience developing highly engaging and impactful online learning modules
  • Ability to develop and use various tools to create eLearning training modules
  • Experience in a dynamic, scrappy, startup-like environment preferred
  • Expertise in UI/Screen design for eLearning and strong understanding of design principles
  • Proficiency to manage multiple and competing priorities with strong project management skills, excellent time management skills (i.e., ability to multitask)
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively within a changing environment, meet deadlines and provide quick turnaround on projects when necessary
  • Aware of industry trends and technological advances; ability to research, present, and use new technologies
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced technical skills are preferred
  • A passion & knowledge for crypto

The Product Manager - Compliance will own internal and client-facing compliance products for Kraken. We are seeking a product manager that can own and deliver tools, features and products to meet regulatory or internal stakeholder requirements. Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for the mission-critical risk & fraud system and workflows for the Kraken exchange. The ideal candidate is data-driven, technically adept and has a proven track record of achievement.

We’re accepting applicants for our Client Engagement team, which provides first rate customer support to our users and also handles most aspects of payments operations. Our team is one of the best in the industry, and we’re looking for people who can make us better.

For this role, we are looking for candidates who have previous experience in trading customer support or financial customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer clients trading related inquiries and educate them on our services across different support channels
  • Diagnose and resolve trading requests internally and externally

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven and innovative Recruiting Administrator to provide day to day support to the global recruiting team.  Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the scheduling of virtual and onsite interviews as well as any candidate travel that occurs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (e.g. phone screens, video conferences, and onsite interviews), securing conference rooms, and arranging travel if necessary

About the role:

As the Senior Designer, you will be working closely with a passionate Marketing team responsible for strategising, ideating and producing a variety of modern marketing assets to engage our Kraken clients, reach new clients as well as educating the community all about crypto. The MDM Administrator will act as the subject matter expert for our enterprise MDM environment.   • Perform deep and continuous analysis of competitors and other relevant products and offerings in both the crypto and conventional spaces.

About the Role:
You will be in charge of building a network effect on Cryptowatch. About the Role:

The Business Operations & Strategy team works cross-functionally across the company, focusing on high-impact strategic projects and data analyses. As a Strategy Manager you will be responsible for driving Kraken’s strategy by generating key insights to make critical strategic decisions.

About the Role

 This is a fully remote role requiring English fluency. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends. 

We’re accepting applicants for our Client Engagement team, which provides first rate customer support to our users and also handles most aspects of payments operations. Our team is one of the best in the industry, and we’re looking for people who can make us better. Many of us work remotely, but we’re in touch with each other constantly. We collaborate to solve tough problems and meet regularly to stay up to date on what’s going on in the company and industry. We have a great community, and many of us have become close friends.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing both e-mail and live chat, responding to 20 to 150 client requests regarding payments and other general questions on a daily basis
  • Manage the queue workforce
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Monitor technical issues
  • Liaise with our partner banks and payment providers to ensure that clients’ transactions are processed quickly
  • Strive to make your team’s work as efficient as possible by improving or creating processes, automating as much of your work as possible.

Requirements

  • Strong written English communication skills (other languages are helpful)
  • Security and privacy focused
  • Past experience in payment processing
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • High output -- metrics-based experience is good
  • Able to make quick decisions autonomously
  • Detail oriented
  • Loves helping people
  • Able to create excel formulas and execute simple scripts
  • Technical background
