We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing manager with a deep understanding for how to utilize educational, promotional and transactional campaigns across email, push and SMS notification channels in order to drive conversions and customer loyalty. This role will be highly cross-functional, working with Product and Design to unify communications across owned channels and collaborating with Data to measure and improve efficacy of communications. This role has the potential to scale up to manager of a team of lifecycle marketers. As our first dedicated email hire, you will turn our fledgling email strategy into a formidable lifecycle marketing system that drives revenue and customer loyalty. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the hands-on execution of all email and in-app lifecycle marketing campaigns (building & sending emails, pulling audience segments, A/B testing & reporting). Owned marketing channels include email (batch, trigger, nurture), mobile push notifications, SMS. 
  • Develop customer targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies to maximize signup conversion rate (top of funnel) and retention (bottom of funnel); immediate focus will be on top of funnel. 
  • Lead marketing automation and triggers to engage and convert prospects and customers across the customer journey using transactional, promotional, and educational content strategies. 
  • Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve conversion rate, retention, and trader loyalty. 
  • Work with other marketing team members (Social, Content) to plan coordinated marketing campaigns and utilize assets effectively. 
  • Work with Product, Design, Intelligence, and Data teams to deliver compelling personalized customer journeys - including by directing event tagging and technical integration projects. 
  • Provide on-going reporting on campaigns and revenue impact to stakeholders. 
  • Ensure high quality and error-free implementation, testing and QA of lifecycle marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing. 
  • Strong systems thinking skills - can plan out complex lifecycle strategies and execute them
  • Ability to take abstract outcomes/directives and build concrete plans to take us there via lifecycle marketing strategies. 
  • Excited to work as an Individual Contributor and own all facets of the lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Experience designing and executing successful personalized nurture campaigns in an email marketing system like Salesforce Email, Marketo, or Autopilot. 
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with Product, Design and Data teams to build and measure campaigns in owned marketing channels that interact with the core product, like platform price alerts and triggered email campaigns. 
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with unparalleled attention to detail.

This is a fully remote role.

We’re accepting applicants for a business analyst who provides first rate project support to our Funding group and take ownership of project work, bugs and feature requests related to funding areas. You will work directly with department Leads, subject matter experts, product managers and engineers to help refine and produce a best in industry funding experience and ensure bugs are escalated and resolved as quickly as possible.

You are data driven, and always look for evidence to justify the importance and priority of requests. You will seek opportunities and solutions to help to maximize the number of successful client interactions, and strive to improve the productivity and efficiency of our funding teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive specific projects, working alongside multiple stakeholders from different departments
  • Handle internal communication channels and lead Funding team communications with Product, Engineering and other departments  
  • Escalating bugs and features for the Funding teams (fiat, crypto, and our various banking providers)
  • Help develop and maintain procedural documentation and training materials in alignment with internal policies.

About the Role

We are looking for a productivity tool specialist to Identify, recommend, and implement technology solutions to increase efficiency and productivity throughout the organization. The Information Security Manager is responsible for the company's global IT Risk Management program and associated processes and services. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of IT processes and technical environments with 10+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: architecture, customer and governmental compliance, data protection and privacy, information classification, core applications and critical infrastructure operations and support, business continuity/disaster recovery, enterprise risk management.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory requirements, including cybersecurity, data privacy and global trade compliance
  • Strong leadership and talent development competencies
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, including experience and acumen in technical writing best practices
  • Proven ability to describe complex technical requirements in understandable terms

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for our clients.
  • Conduct client due diligence (KYC/CDD) on new clients.

  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).

About the role:

The Accounting Manager – Internal Controls will be an integral part of the Finance leadership team.  You will work closely with your Finance and Accounting leadership cohorts as well as business partners and other internal and external stakeholders.  This role reports to the Corporate Controller.

The Internal Audit manager is responsible for planning, leading, and the timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects as necessary. We are seeking an experienced candidate to be part of our growing global localization team to translate and localize all our existing and new English content into Italian. The content to be localized will focus on our exchange with the latest information regarding our products and offerings. 

This position also requires providing first rate client support to our users by servicing them via email and serving as a call interpreter when required. As Client Engagement’s Client Content Editor-in-Chief, you will shape how our clients interact with Kraken products and in turn, how the world sees and uses money. Overview

About the Role:

Kraken is looking for a Marketing Designer to be an integral part of the company's ambitious growth plans, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Analytics teams to bring the core value of Kraken to new audiences across mobile and web.

What you will do:

  • An understanding of performance-based marketing strategies
  • Translate product marketing strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts
  • Own conceptual development and delivery of visuals across different media
  • Design and communicate your vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes
  • Establish partnerships with Engineering and Product to design meaningful, impactful metrics-driven solutions
  • Help launch marketing experiments and iterate on your designs. You’ll launch multiple A/B tests and measure their performance. You’ll then iterate and discover new ways to increase outcome metrics

Who you are:

  • 2-4+ years of experience designing products and marketing content on mobile and web
  • Understanding of acquisition and conversion, metrics-driven design, and A/B experimentation
  • Performance-focused design experience that shows an ability to hit key performance metrics (e.g. click-through rate, conversion rate, activation rate)
  • Great communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and how they relate to the problem you’re solving
  • Expertise in considering the technical difficulty of different designs, and in finding ways to test concepts as simply as possible
  • Has an advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across digital channels and audiences
  • Ability to be flexible while juggling multiple projects and properly assess project prioritization
  • Proficient in Adobe CC, Premiere/After Effects, Figma, and Jira

Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for the financial backend systems at Kraken.  As we expand our global integrations and work with new payment partners, having the tooling to ensure total accountability and smooth financial operations becomes vital.  Responsibilities include owning systems that accurately log and control all backend financial activities, close collaboration with operations teams, detailing of product requirements and end-to-end execution together with the technology and service teams.

About the role:

The Finance team at Kraken is a group of specialists charged with managing the firm’s liquidity, capital and risk, and providing the overall financial controls and reporting functions for executive decision making, compliance, and audit readiness. Our work contributes directly to Kraken’s success. The newly created Platform Data Analytics and Accounting office within the Finance organization will define our financial data requirements, systems, and processes across all Kraken products, services, geographies, and legal entities. 

As Kraken continues to expand the scope of services offered to our clients, the complexity of the exchange and the platform accounting function continues to evolve.  We are seeking a Platform Accounting Manager to partner with the existing Platform Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting and reporting activities related to the exchange platform, and develop sound accounting processes.  You will work closely with the leaders within Finance and other teams to plan, implement, improve, automate, test, and ensure the Platform Accounting team produces insightful data for management, improves the quality of our financial statements, and boosts our audit readiness.

What you'll do:

  • Join an elite Platform Accounting team to drive improvements and automation for all internal processes 
  • Refine the current processes, automate, strengthen controls for major and minor activities going through the exchange
  • Establish an exceptional Reconciliation team with strong internal controls to ensure all funding and trading transactions are accounted for and reconciled.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the real-time reconciliation tool and  maintain informative dashboards
  • Work with the Accounting team to prioritize projects and audit readiness tasks

Overview
