What You'll Do:

  • Provide superior customer support to all QuartzyeCommercecustomers via live chat, email, and phone
  • Review and assign customer tickets to fellow team members
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day workflows
  • Identify, investigate, and present issues or process improvements to the team
  • Update and maintain team SOPs
  • Assist in team coaching and training

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 years experience in high-touch customer service(eCommerce preferred) 
  • Experience dispatching tickets and supervising team members on a remote team distributed across multiple time zones
  • Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with other Engineers, QA, and Product team members working on new product features

What you'll do

  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects

What You'll Do

  • Personas: Who decides to use our Quartzy Shop? Who influences the decision maker? What are the demographics, psychographics, pain points and business outcomes for each persona?
  • Buyer Journey Map: Define the customer journey from awareness through to becoming an e-commerce customer, and becoming a repeat customer and active advocate for the Quartzy Shop.
  • Customer behavior analysis: Know what categories customers do and don’t buy and why. Develop marketing campaigns to grow share of wallet at the category level and overall.
  • Product Story: What problem does using the Quartzy Shop solve? What business outcomes are being achieved?  What makes our product unique and what do we do that competitors don't?
  • Product-Focused Content: This person will create and test various versions of marketing copy, blog content, case studies, and landing pages - all dedicated to effectively describing the Quartzy Shop and the benefits customers get from using it.
  • Product Launch Plan: This person will be responsible for developing a written launch plan for new features and capabilities being added over time, spelling out every last stage and who's responsible at each point.
  • Community Engagement: This person will generates buzz around the Quartzy Shop. This includes reaching out to supplier partners to develop Supplier Events and promotions, and working with existing customers for quotes, stories and commentary.
  • Sales Enablement: This person will develop collateral for sales to efficiently communicate the value and benefits from using the Quartzy Shop. This ensures the messaging created will be consistently used by Sales and Customer Success all the way interest to use to expansion and advocacy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in an e-commerce company, preferably in the life sciences industry
  • Comfortable using analytical and CRM tools - Salesforce, Looker.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools - Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional analytical and ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is–or isn’t—working

About You

What You'll Do

  • Lead definition and design our manual and automated test management approaches, tools, and processes for our QA squad. Develop and maintain standards for managing the QA documentation and deliverables.
  • Drive the process for selecting test automation tooling and build automation frameworks and scripts for our platform, websites, databases, APIs, and mobile product offerings.
  • Work with the Engineering team to integrate regression test automation into the CI/CD process delivering software to our customers multiple times per day.  
  • Participate in product design reviews and sprint planning, providing input on functional requirements, product design, schedules, or potential risks.
  • Document software defects using a Jira based bug tracking system,and report defects to software developers, customer support teams, and other managers or leads.  Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
  • Advise, mentor, train, and assist QA team members in the organization at other skill levels to ensure timely releases of highly tested and high quality product features. Review the work of other QA Engineer’s to ensure quality, appropriate coverage, remediate gaps.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and collective knowledge of the team

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience performing a combination of manual and automatedQA testing, preferably for a SaaS product
  • Experience working in an agile delivery team model incrementally delivering and testing product capabilities and familiarity with team based sprint ceremonies and planning
  • Experience converting manual to automated tests and being able to make recommendations for improvement
