We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team! As one of the company’s top evangelists, you will develop go-to-market activities to launch products, create defining moments for the company, and provide the strategy and creative thinking to define a new defining category. You will work closely with global sales teams to craft compelling go-to-market campaigns, as well as product teams to develop and communicate a competitive roadmap.

At Rescale, this means you will work on and impact:

  • Define Rescale’s product positioning and messaging
  • Plan and run Rescale product launches
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to define campaigns
  • Lead creation of market-facing assets including whitepapers, datasheets, etc
  • Drive thought leadership and commercial insights working with customers, analysts, and press
  • Work closely with sales leadership to craft sales enablement strategies and create assets
  • Work closely with product managers to define product go-to-market, pricing, and licensing
  • Lead the Rescale product marketing team

What we’re looking for:

  • Quantitative skills and ability to create business models for new products and offerings, including the ability to guide pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Strategic B2B thinker who can out-maneuver competition and disrupt incumbents with compelling messaging and positioning. 
  • Ability to translate technical issues in compelling and clear language across different audiences. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across development, product, demand generation, and field teams to build a successful go-to-market strategy. 
  • Global mindset.
  • Successful history of driving strong product launches, ideally in B2B markets. 
  • Aptitude to quickly technically ramp in a rapidly evolving market with depth across multiple areas. 
  • Creativity, drive, self-starter, okay breaking glass but with judgement
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field preferred. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 5-8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in strategic, business, or core product-related role

HR Generalist- Payroll

We are seeking an HR Generalist- Payroll to join our team! You will be at the intersection of finance and HR, supporting People team initiatives while owning payroll related programs. 

Key Deliverables: 

-You will work internally with accounting and finance on HSA/ FSA administration, along with maintaining all vendor relations. 
-Review, analyze, audit and precisely process Human Resources data within HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems. 
-Review invoices, liaison for managed benefits, participate in the renewal process and open enrollment. 
-You will be responsible for 401k administration, auditing vacation/sick leave. Help drive performance management and compensation practices so that our employees are accurately leveled and fairly compensated.
-Drive progressive thinking on what rewards programs should look like outside of traditional/ tired compensation practices.
-Help drive the implementation and adoption of people-oriented programs to positively impact the culture and environment; around development and training, recognition and employee engagement. 
-Ensure legal compliance of HR federal and state regulations and applicable employment laws; update policies and procedures as regularly.
-Define metrics for people programs and continually track; analyze to make improvements. Your insights will drive how we pivot our programs so that we maintain a healthy retention of our employees. 
-You will drive making sure we are at the forefront of compliance by researching and implementing the best solutions. This will make sure our employees can be heads down on their work and not have their time wrapped up with any compliance gafs.   

Key Qualifications include:

-Bachelor’s degree 
-Proven experience as an HR Generalist with at least 2+ years experience with payroll
-Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Experience running payroll, doing 401(k) reconciliation, managing commission payouts, and helping with onboarding and offboarding
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Willing to address difficult situations head on with patience and respect.
-Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
-Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple, and sometimes changing priorities.
-Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Google Suite; HRIS systems will be a plus.

You will become part of the disruption which is turning traditional HPC on its head. We need passionate engineers who are ready to take the largest engineering simulation problems in aerodynamics, material science, and genomics to the cloud at an unprecedented scale.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following: 
. Build a platform that makes it easy for scientists and engineers to get their work done through large-scale simulations
. Onboard the latest high-performance VMs and bare metal servers from AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other major cloud providers and optimize for HPC workloads
. Interface with our team of subject matter experts in mechanical engineering, life sciences, and electronics design to understand customer needs
· Maintaining a reliable product during periods of massive dynamic scale

Key Qualifications include:
· BS in Computer Science or related field.
· 3+ years of programming experience with Java or Python.
· Deep knowledge of object oriented programming, distributed/concurrent/multicore computing, cloud architectures, and scalable databases
· Expertise or strong interest in the following areas: high performance computing, concurrent programming, and security
· Flexibility and dedication to making exceptional products.
