We are seeking an HR Generalist- Payroll to join our team! You will be at the intersection of finance and HR, supporting People team initiatives while owning payroll related programs. 

Key Deliverables: 

-You will work internally with accounting and finance on HSA/ FSA administration, along with maintaining all vendor relations. 
-Review, analyze, audit and precisely process Human Resources data within HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems. 
-Review invoices, liaison for managed benefits, participate in the renewal process and open enrollment. 
-You will be responsible for 401k administration, auditing vacation/sick leave. Help drive performance management and compensation practices so that our employees are accurately leveled and fairly compensated.
-Drive progressive thinking on what rewards programs should look like outside of traditional/ tired compensation practices.
-Help drive the implementation and adoption of people-oriented programs to positively impact the culture and environment; around development and training, recognition and employee engagement. 
-Ensure legal compliance of HR federal and state regulations and applicable employment laws; update policies and procedures as regularly.
-Define metrics for people programs and continually track; analyze to make improvements. Your insights will drive how we pivot our programs so that we maintain a healthy retention of our employees. 
-You will drive making sure we are at the forefront of compliance by researching and implementing the best solutions. This will make sure our employees can be heads down on their work and not have their time wrapped up with any compliance gafs.   

Key Qualifications include:

-Bachelor’s degree 
-Proven experience as an HR Generalist with at least 2+ years experience with payroll
-Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Experience running payroll, doing 401(k) reconciliation, managing commission payouts, and helping with onboarding and offboarding
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Willing to address difficult situations head on with patience and respect.
-Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
-Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple, and sometimes changing priorities.
-Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Google Suite; HRIS systems will be a plus.

Principal DevOps Engineer

Our stack consists of a set of Python and Java services deployed on AWS. In turn, these services configure and manage on-demand, isolated HPC clusters hosted on a number of different infrastructure providers. All of this needs to be fully automated, monitored, and self-healing. This is where you come in.

We are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead our build and deployment automation efforts. The ideal candidate will be capable of digging into the code base as needed instead of treating the deployables as a black box.

In this role, your duties include:

•               You will be responsible for build and deployment automation efforts end-to-end, thus 5+ years' experience in a similar role is recommended.
•               You will manage, monitor, and optimize the performance of cloud-native applications in production across many clouds as we partner with all major public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP and more!)
•               You will tackle complex networking challenges related to hybrid, cross-region, and cross-provider deployments

You might be a good fit for this role if you:
•              Have experience with configuration management tools such as Salt, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.
•              Are proficient in a modern scripting language such as Python, Ruby, etc.
•              Maintain a strong Linux and shell-scripting proficiency.
•              Tackling networking challenges related to hybrid, cross-region, and cross-provider deployments.
•               Are willing and able to express your own ideas while remaining open on working together with suggestions and alternates.

Ideally, we're looking for some or more of the following (more is better):

•               Container orchestration tools.

You work closely with prospects, customers and internal teams in a consultative technical role to help customers accelerate their HPC workloads in the cloud with the ScaleX platform. ●      Articulate and present Rescale solutions at conferences, user groups, webinars, etc. Our SA’s attend and present at 5-6 regional and national conferences throughout the year.
 
Key Qualifications:
 
●      B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, physics or equivalent, M.S. preferred.

●      Expertise in EDA workflows for chip design such as functional verification, physical design, physical verification, static timing analysis etc.

Strategic Account Executive

We are looking to add an Strategic Account Executive to our team for North America! 
 
In this role, you will be responsible for the following: 

•               Prospecting and driving enterprise sales at strategic and named accounts in an assigned sales territory and attaining quarterly and annual quotas.  Our Enterprise reps carry a $2.2M - $3.5M  quota with uncapped accelerators.
•               Engage and provide sales consulting to Executives and senior business leaders to influence investment in the Rescale technology. While you will have a 1.5: 1 resource ratio to our pre-sales engineers, we deeply  educate our Account Executives so that they can have technical  conversations with all customer points of contact.
•               Develop and coordinate Target Account Plans for major identified opportunities. Although we have a well developed lead generation engine, our Enterprise reps create 60% of their own pipeline.
•               Coordinate activities with other organizations within the company required to execute Territory and Account Plans.  Entrepreneurial self starters flourish here.
•               Qualify and close new name business from marketing leads, establishing a significant number of new logo customers. Our Enterprise reps will drive 60% of their quota in new logo customer wins.
•               Provide sales support to existing customers as needed while driving renewal business, and new incremental business. Our Enterprise reps will own 40% of their quota through expansion of existing accounts.
•               Provide accurate forecasts on a regular basis as well as other information as required. You will forecast weekly your commit, most likely, best case and pipeline numbers to provide transparency of your regional activities.
