Role Summary:
As Sensor Tower continues to grow as a global company, we are looking for an engineering manager to drive our software engineering efforts. We have a wonderful team of more than a hundred  employees and are preparing for much more growth in the coming year.  

We are looking for a hands on engineering manager that has  experience and passion for leading  people as well as developing our product in our fast-growing exciting environment. You will report to our Director of Engineering while working closely with our cross-functional product development team and with our founders . 

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach your team to make the most out of their skills and grow more leaders within our company
  • Manage project progress and balance short and long term goals in order to maximize both individual and team performance while establishing a work environment which enables and promotes growth where our engineers will thrive
  • Facilitate communication to the cross functional team, actively remove blockers, and provide direction for the team
  • Collaborate with our product organization and data science team to design and architect our beautiful high end product
  • Actively work on attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and promoting our employee brand
  • Conduct code reviews, software design & architecture, and pair programming
  • Drive process enhancements, implement engineering best practices, identify and suggest tooling and organizational improvements
  • Hands on implementation as time permits

Requirements

  • Strong desire and track record of developing both technology and people
  • Skilled leader with 2+ years of line management experience or 5+ years of tech lead experience
  • Great communication skills both in a group setting and one on one
  • Stellar engineering skills with at least 2+ years of experience with most of our core technologies such as: Ruby on Rails, Knockout.js, ES6, MongoDB, AWS, and Ansible
  • Solid grasp of modern software development lifecycle
  • Ability to efficiently navigate complex multi-constraint decision-making
  • Experience working in a diverse and international environment
  • Experience in the mobile app, advertising, or gaming ecosystem
  • Experience with product design and infrastructure challenges

Role Summary:

As our first accounting hire at Sensor Tower, you will own our end to end accounting cycle.  You will be working directly with our Head of Finance on strategic decision making, audit preparations, month-end close, process improvements, and board level reporting.  As a member of a lean team,  we’re looking for someone that is motivated, organized, accountable and able to proactively communicate needs, challenges and ideas for new solutions. This person should be excited to constantly improve our processes with an eye towards efficiency and compliance.

Report to: Head of Finance and Sales Strategy
Location: We are open to candidates working with us remotely or on-site at our San Francisco Headquarters.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end financial reporting tasks related to deposit accounts, bank reconciliations, journal entries, reconciliations, deferred rent, and pre-paids
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Provide budget reconciliations, month-end variance and other analyses and presentations to stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing various regulatory filings
  • Continuously optimize and improve processes and systems
  • Ensure adoption of new processes and software across multiple counterparts in the organization
  • Support the Head of Finance in creating and managing compliance processes (i.e. SOX controls and implementation)
  • Revenue Recognition under ASC606

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or a related major 
  • 3+ years of accounting experience including at least 2+ years in public accounting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented: able to work with large volumes of data with speed and accuracy. Ability to self-check work.
  • Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong knowledge of key accounting concepts, GAAP, SOX controls
  • Customer service oriented, especially for internal teams
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems and excellent Excel skills
  • Enthusiastic, upbeat, and positive with the ability to stay calm in the face of uncertainty and hyper growth.

Sales Operations Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to help shape and scale our systems and processes behind our global go-to-market efforts. As a Sales Operations Manager at Sensor Tower, you will be responsible for maintaining and scaling our go-to-market infrastructure to support our quickly growing sales and marketing teams.

Report to: Head of Finance and Sales Strategy
Location: You would work remotely from New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional leadership on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
  • Automate our sales processes and build integrations around systems, tools, and technology
  • Build data validation controls and own reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting
  • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term resource needs
  • Partner with leadership to set quotas and incentives for the sales team; manage the sales commissions process; track KPIs and manage sales performance on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations role driving key sales operational improvements and be a partner to senior leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, details oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
  • Deep SFDC knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to develop and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Experience developing comprehensive dashboards and reports - and process for Salesforce data entry
  • Proven experience improving processes within an organization through analysis and proper data management
  • Self-starter & can-do attitude
  • Coding experience preferred, bonus points for SFDC Apex experience
