The Senior Content Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing team who will drive our point of view forward as we expand into new markets and categories. We will rely on you to bring a mix of creative and strategic thinking with a focus on execution as you design a compelling content program that elevates the SocialChorus brand.

Responsibilities

  • Set content strategy and calendar: Identify quarterly content themes and set a content strategy that pushes our company goals forward and rallies cross-functional team members
  • Amplify content for SEO, awareness and lead generation: Understand, amplify and measure the impact of content on SEO, brand awareness and lead gen. Collaborate with SEO and design teams on execution
  • Create new content across different channels: Work with internal experts and create fresh content for different audiences and uses in web, blogs, video, eBooks/guides, infographics, podcasts and more
  • Refresh and repurpose existing content: Identify existing content streams and develop a strategy and process to segment and repurpose content for extended uses

Qualifications

  • 4+ years marketing experience at a B2B software company, strong preference for enterprise software content experience with an understanding of the IT buyer
  • Strong writer with experience across various content styles (SEO, infographic, web copy, email, blog post, customer story, data-driven analysis, etc.)
  • Experience defining and implementing content strategy frameworks and programs
  • Demonstrated record of delivering high-quality projects with independence and confidence

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing team who will be responsible for bringing innovative products to market. Responsibilities

  • Lead Go To Market Process: Define narrative and strategy for our monthly product release and launch process across product, sales, and customer success teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing or strategy consulting experience
  • Strong preference for enterprise, B2B software experience
  • Great written and verbal communications skills with experience presenting to leadership and creating sharp messages that resonate with outside audiences
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization
  • Experience conducting internal and external research and presenting recommendations to drive action

The Sales Director is responsible for new enterprise account acquisition in the Eastern half of the United States. This includes developing and executing a go-to-market strategy while working closely with SDRs to cultivate relationships with decision makers in target accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative approach to lead the sales process from first meeting through close
  • Orchestrate other roles into the sales process as appropriate – technical validation, solution consulting, professional services, etc. to help getty buy-in and build the plan to execute the vision for the SocialChorus platform
  • Build business cases and other supporting materials to help support prospects in the buying cycle
  • Stay up to date on the latest product enhancements and deliver demos for prospects by understanding the role Internal Communication plays in an organization’s digital transformation
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Keep all customer information, notes, and documents up-to-date in salesforce.com and other relevant systems; and provide accurate and timely reports

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree (must have)
  • Experience managing Fortune 1000 customer relationships/accounts; 7-10 years Corporate Communications experience in-house Fortune 1000 or PR agency and/or  technology consulting (Human Capital Management or Change Management practices)  
  • Dedicated work ethic and desire to always over-deliver for customers
  • Can implement an account plan, speak to core data and metrics, and get executive buy-in to optimize growth of the platform 
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems and use professional judgment 
  • Self-starter, proactive, positive and a strong will to drive the success of clients
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and navigating a technology platform. 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of enterprise communication domains including Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Collaboration software (Yammer, Workplace, Slack), Intranets, HRIS (e.g. Workday, PeopleSoft) and other enterprise systems (e.g. SSO), a plus.

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to train, coach, and motivate a team of high performing Sales Development Representatives. You will be a frontline manager focused on building sales pipeline and achieving individual and team quotas. You will partner closely with marketing on demand generation programs/campaigns and collaborate to develop the sales strategy while driving key initiatives to achieve sales objectives.

As part of our distributed team working from anywhere, the Solutions Engineer is a key contributor to our pre-sales team performing a wide range of duties supporting the sales and account management teams with our enterprise prospects and customers.

An ideal candidate will have sufficient technical and functional experience to deeply understand the SocialChorus platform and how it fits into complex enterprise technology stacks to meet desired business requirements. Candidates will need to be both commercially and technically minded, comfortable working for a dynamic organization with prospective customers across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Be a functional and technical subject matter expert on the SocialChorus platform
  • Evangelize all aspects of platform technology: infrastructure, security, reliability, functionality, ease of setup, flexibility of integration options
  • Have in depth knowledge of customer implementations, technical operations, features, and roadmap Be able to discover the existing tech stack of prospective customers and their business needs and identify the best solution to enable them on the SocialChorus platform
  • Setup custom demo instances and integrations
  • Conduct technical demonstrations of the platform - these could be on-site, via video conferences or at field events
  • Build relationships at all levels of technical resources within prospective customers
  • Support the sales and account management teams in all technical aspects of the sales cycle
  • Support RFI / RFP process, security and contract reviews Work with internal product teams to understand the roadmap as well as help influence upcoming functionality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years in Client facing roles: Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or similar.
  • Must have experience with Enterprise SaaS applications software/solutions
  • Have a technical background and understanding of software solutions and principles
  • Proficient with REST, SAML 2, and OAuth
  • Experience in Ruby, Java, Python, HTML, CSS is preferred
  • Possess a can-do attitude and ability to come up with quick and creative solutions for complex technical problems

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors

The Client Engineer will partner with customers, Project Managers, Engagement Managers and various members of the SocialChorus team to ensure customer deliverables align with the customer need.

This role entails a broad breadth of technical skills and interests to assist our customers in the implementation and ongoing updates of the SocialChorus platform. This person will need to know HTML/CSS to produce custom emails and web pages. The successful candidate will also be expected to help set up user authentication, set up SFTP servers, and configure the integration with 3rd party systems. To succeed in this team, you must have the ambition to work independently in a remote environment while working as a team with other members through various remote communication tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create customer specific email and newsletter templates based on SocialChorus customer requirements
  • Create customer specific Pendo guides and content card templates (web pages) based on SocialChorus customer requirements
  • Leverage our Partner API and our Integration Platform to integrate the SocialChorus platform with 3rd party systems
  • Implement configuration changes requested by SocialChorus customers to customize the platform to meet their internal workflow and employee communication strategy.
  • Complete the technical tasks required to onboard new SocialChorus customers. This includes file transfer setup, user authentication setup (including SSO), and mobile app configuration. 
  • Efficiently solve problems by driving collaboration with customers and co-workers via video calls and onsite visits
  • Work with a team of Client Engineers to continuously improve the services delivered to SocialChorus customers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience with HTML/CSS.A minimum of 1 years client facing experience in a technical support role
  • Proficient with REST, SAML 2, and oAuth
  • Experience in Javascript, Ruby is preferred

You will be responsible for many of the tasks required to keep the CS&S team operating smoothly. You’ll work extensively with internal team members while also managing smaller requests coming directly from SocialChorus customers to ensure no balls are dropped.

Responsibilities

  • Set up all new customers in the CS&S  systems (i.e., SocialChorus Studio, Slack, Confluence, OpenAir, Gainsight, Salesforce, etc.).Develop and maintain an organized set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the CS&S team.
  • Manage incoming customer requests for post implementation assistance, making sure all requests are properly assigned to resources (taking on ownership of smaller efforts personally).
  • Build, manage, execute, and report on customer surveys including NPS and customer implementation surveys
  • Task management and scheduling of internal resources
  • Act as CS&S administrator of key systems used by the team (currently this list includes OpenAir, Jira, Confluence, Gainsight, Salesforce, and Monday.com)

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our Technical Services team where you will be the glue between our Client Success, Services, and Engineering teams, delivering implementations and upgrades that are critical to our customers’ success. The position requires coordinating cross-domain execution teams including internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and our customers, as well as hands-on configuration of our software. You will lead and inspire teams and balance process with novelty to deliver the results matching each customer’s needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver SaaS software implementations company wide to Fortune 1000 customers 
  • Own customer projects, decompose requirements into technical execution plans with multiple execution teams, track progress towards goals, and report status to internal stakeholders and the customer
  • Lead and advise customers on the correct technical implementation to minimize time to value
  • Partner with SocialChorus Engagement Managers and Strategic Advisors to create and optimize the customers’ communication plan and program
  • Manage multiple (10-20)  in-flight projects simultaneously while independently balancing competing priorities
  • Drive constant improvement of our internal processes and workflows by partnering with members of every team across the organization. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience managing SaaS implementations for customers
  • Strong technical background working for SaaS platform companies, along with an understanding of service oriented architecture and associated web technologies
  • Strong project management, communication, customer leadership, and software delivery skills including the ability to proactively manage customer expectations, project plans, scope creep, budgets, multiple team resources, issues, and internal/external statuses
  • Experience providing product ownership for technical teams
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects across customers while contributing to internal initiatives
  • Highly enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer-focused, and service-oriented
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience managing SaaS implementations in Europe preferred
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Engineering experience is great!

We are currently seeking a Sr. Android Engineer to help enhance and build our industry leading communications platform. You will be surrounded by some of the sharpest minds you can find in a supportive and collaborative environment as you tackle some of the most complex problems in Enterprise SaaS development. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute user-facing features on Android devices
  • Create and update application designs for application enhancements
  • Provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices
  • Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and inspected for continuous integration
  • Carefully evaluate the technical tradeoffs of every decision
  • Work with the Design team to hone in on the best UI and infrastructure practices
  • Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including meetings, iterative development, estimations and design sessions

Qualifications

  • Strong coding abilities and experience with Java/Kotlin and Android SDK
  • 4+ years building apps in a production environment
  • Multiple apps deployed to the Play StorePersonal/Public projects available for review
  • Experience with Multi-Threading and memory management specific to mobile devices
  • Experience designing clean and maintainable APIs
  • Experience consuming web services and HTTP REST interaction with JSON
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
