Atlassian is looking for a dynamic business leader to head up a rapidly expanding Technical Account Management (TAM) advisory practice team in EMEA.
Atlassian TAMs are senior customer facing thought leaders who apply their unrivaled blend of technology & process mastery to help customers unleash the potential of their teams through their Atlassian solutions.
Whether the customer is scaling out an Agile product delivery competency, introducing a DevOps culture, adopting modern IT management practices, or establishing new ways of teamwork across their enterprise - the TAM advisory team ensures the customer achieves their transformational objective by getting the most out of Atlassian's products.
As the leader of the TAM organization in EMEA, you will be responsible for all aspects from pre-sales to post-sales of the service delivery lifecycle.
- Establishing relationships with senior customer leaders, to help them understand the benefits of engaging an Atlassian TAM advisor;
- Working with Atlassian Solutions Partners & Sales teams, to promote the value of the TAM advisory service to our largest customers;
- Managing the rigor of the TAM pipeline development with the sales team to convert prospects into active engagements;
- Running the fiscal and hiring plans of the TAM service for the region;
- Staffing, On-Boarding, and Mentoring new TAM hires;
- Managing quality of Service Delivery for the region;
- Defining Quarterly objectives for account and team development;
- Engaging with customers that are going big on the Atlassian suite to unlock standardization decisions at the executive leadership level;
More about you
You have experience building a consulting team and being responsible for the P&L of a services business. You understand what it takes to engage senior customer executives to create demand for strategic service offerings, and to build up service team delivery capabilities. You also may have experience co-delivering engagements jointly with larger global consulting partners.
Beyond just running the business, you also enjoy the creative aspects of consulting, innovating on solutions frameworks, and unique approaches to accelerating customers' business transformations.
We’d love if you have been responsible for a digital or agile transformation initiative spanning multiple teams. People describe you as strong team builder, with high emotional intelligence - someone who can set the right direction and expectations with a team of high performing individuals, be an adept communicator across time-zones and cultures.
You're fluent in English, and nice to have a second language such as German or French for business communication.
