The HR Project Manager is part of the Global Operations Excellence team which is responsible for delighting our 5000+ employees and managers through timely and reliable services.
The key responsibilities will include:
Lead multiple HR projects that include transition of services, process improvements, transformation & automation, new program design, etc
Develop detailed project roadmap, documentation and measure project performance using various tools & techniques
Define project scope, success criteria, role & responsibilities and connect with team throughout project life cycle
Build and maintain relationships with all partners - HR Partners, Service Teams and other business partners to drive projects & initiatives
Independently handle HR projects creating scalable processes, ensuring the alignment with company strategy, commitments and goals
Proactively handle project risk, issues and dependencies and report the project status to the Program Manager and
Support Program Manager in cross work-stream project management and all related activities
Proactively handle and communicate ongoing changes in project scope
- 10-14 years of total experience
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in managing HR Projects
- Delivery focused approach with the aim to solve problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with different stakeholder groups, with minimum supervisory intervention
- Excellent communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts and issues to a varied audience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of HR Shared Services is preferred
- Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a specialisation in Management, HR, IT or related field
Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR project management
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience on HR systems, processes standard methodologies best practices.
Prior experience in using project management tools and methods
Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation and critical thinking skills
Demonstrates ability to build mutually-productive relationships and get along with senior management and key partner groups (e.g., COEs, HRIT, Finance and Business)
