Marketing Campaign Manager

Full Time

Quartzy is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to create creative programs that will move leads through the funnel and nurture existing customers.  In this role, you’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing developing a strategy and deploying tactics that create pipeline and influence revenue for organization.

Quartzy is a 100% distributed team so this role can be done anywhere in the US. 

About You
You are a little geeked out when it comes to marketing and all the different strategies and tactics that can take place. You have great knowledge and tactical ability when it comes to traditional B2B marketing programs(email, webinars, etc.) but are always excited and willing to bring new ideas to the table that will move the needle. You’re incredibly organized and know how to“herd cats” when necessary.

What You'll Do

  • Find and execute the best ways to communicate to target audience, create industry campaigns 
  • Work with business development to partner with suppliers to create co-marketing opportunities that influence revenue
  • Customer marketing(x-sell, upsell campaigns)
  • Work closely with PMMs to support the creation of customer programs that push customers to generate eCommerce revenue, remain educated and empowered to use all features of the SaaS product, and ultimately engaged and ready to renew. 
  • Align and collaborate with the sales team to create strategies to circumvent challenges, listen to them as the“feet on the street”, and to reach pipeline goals
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of growth activities on sales pipeline and eCommerce revenue
  • Develop Account Based Marketing initiatives
  • Target closed/lost opportunities with creative campaigns to get them re-engaged

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years in B2B demand generation/or campaign management
  • Customer marketing experience
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or marketing automation system
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset
  • Email, events, webinars, marketing automation, project management, content creation, sales enablement
