You are someone who values organization and process. You have experience with project management in the marketing space and understand the importance of planning, execution & progress reporting. You’re a strong communicator with excellent follow through skills - you don’t let anything slip through the cracks. You’ve got an ease about you: you address urgency head-on and handle ambiguous situations with a clear, cool head and open mind. You enjoy moving projects forward and keeping teammates motivated to the finish line!
About the Role
We are looking for an operations specialist to join our team and contribute to partnership efforts in connecting with organizations, brands, events and properties in the art, fashion, entertainment, and music industries.
You will be charged with supporting scope, timeline and budget for all creative partnerships to help the team achieve shared business goals. You will enforce the marketing operational process, establish meetings, agendas and next steps for the partnership team.
You will help the team stay organized by keeping project & budget trackers up to date, managing and processing all documents, and supporting calendar optimization. This team is growing and needs a thoughtful & organized operations specialist to help them move at the speed of the industry.
Additionally, you will work closely with the larger Brand Marketing operations team to ensure the larger group stays aligned and informed.
This role reports to the Brand Marketing Operations Lead with a dotted line to the Director of Brand Partnerships.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or operations
- Concise speaker, storyteller and writer: you can slice, dice and distill a narrative from complex information to your team
- Strong project management skills & commitment to quality
- Experience managing large scale projects and budgets
- Understands how to track and organize complex marketing deliverables across various platforms
- Previous crypto experience not required but certainly a plus!
