Associate Implementation Consultant

Responsible for delivering customer onboarding training, workshops, and education sessions for all customers as well as successful delivery of customer Implementation engagements ranging from SMB to Enterprise level clients. Ensures a timely launch date and high level of customer satisfaction and will take a leadership role in projects that bridge the divide between external stakeholders (the client), internal stakeholders(project team and other Spreedly business partners), and third party providers. Must have a clear understanding of how the technology works and how systems integrate and communicate with each other.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3+ years of project, product, or account management experience having demonstrated strong customer-facing technical project management skills managing large technology projects and working with large Enterprises on technology-driven onboarding/implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to think and plan strategically, along with ‘roll up your sleeves’ drive to execute tactically.
  • Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and fundamental understanding of API’s.

Essential Functions

  • Facilitate onboarding webinars and answer technical questions generated during sessions
  • Lead customer implementation projects and use those learnings to improve our processes and the service we deliver to other customers
  • Work closely with the customer, solutions engineering, customer engineering, and account management to understand customer requirements and manage expectations. 
  • Strategize with the account team on objectives for customer meetings, agendas, and communication plans with a clear understanding of how this activity relates to overall project success and client relationship management.
  • Maintain regular correspondence with project stakeholders to facilitate on-going status updates, relationship management & proactive technical/functional guidance.
  • Communicate relevant client feedback to Spreedly product management, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing functions.
  • Support the Implementation Consulting team in building internal and external tools, documentation, resources, and assets that aid customers in accomplishing a quick and efficient launch and bolster the repeatability and scale of Implementation, Consulting, Training, and Education services.
