We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing manager with a deep understanding for how to utilize educational, promotional and transactional campaigns across email, push and SMS notification channels in order to drive conversions and customer loyalty. This role will be highly cross-functional, working with Product and Design to unify communications across owned channels and collaborating with Data to measure and improve efficacy of communications. This role has the potential to scale up to manager of a team of lifecycle marketers. As our first dedicated email hire, you will turn our fledgling email strategy into a formidable lifecycle marketing system that drives revenue and customer loyalty. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the hands-on execution of all email and in-app lifecycle marketing campaigns (building & sending emails, pulling audience segments, A/B testing & reporting). Owned marketing channels include email (batch, trigger, nurture), mobile push notifications, SMS. 
  • Develop customer targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies to maximize signup conversion rate (top of funnel) and retention (bottom of funnel); immediate focus will be on top of funnel. 
  • Lead marketing automation and triggers to engage and convert prospects and customers across the customer journey using transactional, promotional, and educational content strategies. 
  • Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve conversion rate, retention, and trader loyalty. 
  • Work with other marketing team members (Social, Content) to plan coordinated marketing campaigns and utilize assets effectively. 
  • Work with Product, Design, Intelligence, and Data teams to deliver compelling personalized customer journeys - including by directing event tagging and technical integration projects. 
  • Provide on-going reporting on campaigns and revenue impact to stakeholders. 
  • Ensure high quality and error-free implementation, testing and QA of lifecycle marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing. 
  • Strong systems thinking skills - can plan out complex lifecycle strategies and execute them
  • Ability to take abstract outcomes/directives and build concrete plans to take us there via lifecycle marketing strategies. 
  • Excited to work as an Individual Contributor and own all facets of the lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Experience designing and executing successful personalized nurture campaigns in an email marketing system like Salesforce Email, Marketo, or Autopilot. 
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with Product, Design and Data teams to build and measure campaigns in owned marketing channels that interact with the core product, like platform price alerts and triggered email campaigns. 
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with unparalleled attention to detail.

As a Product Marketing Manager, for our runtime application self-protection (RASP) business you will be responsible for the outbound product marketing activities for Contrast Security’s innovative enterprise AppSec solutions. The Atlassian Event & Field Marketing team drives customer engagement with the Atlassian brand and its portfolio of products! The team coordinates with sales, marketing, product, operations, and executive management departments to deliver Atlassian's biggest proprietary events, including Atlassian field events programs. Do you want to increase brand awareness, develop and advance Atlassian's sales pipeline, and educate and empower attendees?

We are looking for a motivated, no-bullshit self-starter who is creative and pragmatic with a relaxed, yet enthusiastic demeanor. This role is part content marketing manager, part project manager, and requires outstanding interpersonal skills. Broad marketing and event management experience are expected, but this position requires specific skills, including project and brand management, content curation, and shown success with cross-functional work experience leading teams toward a project goal.

The ideal candidate for this role would also have experience partnering with Product Marketing and Sales teams to develop content for Software, IT, and Technology audiences, running Call for Papers and breakout programs for proprietary events, and experience in understanding and curating content for C-level audiences. Candidates should possess excellent project management skills to keep projects moving forward and execute results on time, as well as a strategic approach to ensure work is being done as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute content programs for field and corporate event programs
  • Facilitate alignment across business groups (product marketing, brand, customer marketing, sales, and field teams)
  • Own the communication and tracking of achievements, and chasing deliverables prior to due date
  • Research and identify external speaker candidates that support overall event goals and objectives, aligned with GTM messaging priorities

Desired Skills and Experience:

Atlassian is looking for a hardworking Product Marketing Manager to join our Cloud Migrations, marketing team. Your role will be to drive awareness and adoption of our SaaS solutions amongst the Atlassian on-premise customer base by building and implementing a multi-channel content strategy. You’ll be passionate about delivering compelling content throughout each phase of the customer journey, and partnering directly with Customer Lifecycle and Demand Gen marketing to engage your audience throughout the adoption funnel.

In this role, you'll drive integrated marketing campaigns, support new feature launches, identify unexplored areas for growth, and directly impact Atlassian’s #1 goal to shift our customers to the cloud. You’ll work across Atlassian’s full product suite and partner with SMEs throughout the business to ensure that we're effectively communicating the value of our products and solutions to the market. 

What you'll focus on:

  • Bringing customers to the forefront of Atlassian innovation by helping them recognize what our cloud offering can do for teams
  • Establishing a content strategy, publication calendar, and distribution plan to support the customer at each stage of their migration journey
  • Generating high-quality assets for customers, evaluators, field teams, and channel partners in the form of blogs, whitepapers, webinars, customer stories, and more
  • Leveraging data, analytics, SEO, and keyword research to inform strategy
  • Partnering with internal and external writers, SME, and customers to execute your strategy and shift our customers to the cloud
  • Running release-based and quarterly campaigns that drive awareness, evaluation, and activation of cloud products
  • Driving marketing qualified leads through integrated campaign activities across owned, organic, and paid channels

On the first day, we'll expect you to:

  • Have 3-5+ years of B2B Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and/or Digital Strategy experience in a high-growth software company (SaaS preferred)

The Role:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enabling our growing sales and success teams to sell Loom more efficiently and effectively to target customers.

The ideal candidate has experience in and a passion for marketing SaaS products to buyers and end-users. They should be an expert in translating product capabilities into use cases, benefits, and business outcomes.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will partner primarily with our sales and success teams to create, manage, and deliver world-class enablement materials that help close new deals and expand existing accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and continually improve Loom's sales narrative and pitch deck as our product matures and our understanding of the market, competitors, and customers evolve
  • Source, create and repurpose customer success stories and testimonials for use across multiple touchpoints in the sales cycle
  • Create written content to enable our sales and success teams to close new deals and expand existing accounts, including competitor battle cards, product fact sheets, and buyer personas
  • Deliver training and manage the sales enablement content repository, ensuring that all information is easily and readily accessible
  • Ensure our sales and success teams are aware of and equipped to sell new features as they are released
  • Establish a feedback loop between marketing and sales, and measure the effectiveness of enablement efforts, to identify needs and inform future initiatives

Role Description

As Demand Marketing Manager in a small but growing Marketing team, your scope of responsibility will be broad and varied. Your primary focus will be on the development and ongoing execution of a world-class demand engine but will extend into other areas including marketing operations, and customer marketing. You will help Atlassian expand our footprint beyond our existing technical buyer into a business team audience by crafting compelling cross-product stories, implementing unique and creative marketing tactics, and working with product teams to deliver a complete and differentiated solution.

About you:

  • You have 3-5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in the software space or have an aptitude for understanding and ramping on new technologies. You have been responsible for creating, driving, and managing go-to-market plans across all channels. You're a passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude. You're eager to jump in and get things done but don't get flustered in a fast-paced and often changing environment.

An ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Understand the market problems and identify market opportunities to drive growth
  • Use customer and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams – product, design, brand, lifecycle marketing, and more – to shape product strategy and develop the go-to-market vision
  • Tell authentic stories that inspire new audience to try new products
  • Build and execute campaigns from the bottom up (identify goals, risks, audience, messages, and tactics)
  • Drive both self-serve and high-touch marketing campaign activities to targeted customers
  • Generate high-quality content for customers, evaluators, advocates and channel partners including emails, blogs, webinar content, uses cases / customer stories, and more
The Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting and executing the go-to-market strategy for all products across the Atlassian toolset. Serious collaboration will be the key to success for this role. We run our organization like a well-oiled agile team, where the top priority items are easily identifiable and everyone on the team rallies around those deliverables, and each other, on a regular basis. We are comprised of end-to-end marketing teams: field marketing, online marketing, interactive, product marketing, and data analysts.

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to help drive existing customers to expand their adoption of Auth0's Identity Platform through effective cross-sell and upsell programs. 
 
This role can be based in Bellevue, Washington, or work remotely in the US.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with sales to attain annual renewal and expansion goals
  • Lead the strategy and execution of cross-sell and upsell programs for our portfolio of customers from start to finish. 
  • Be responsible/accountable for supporting all the strategic and tactical marketing needed for Auth0’s customers
  • Be accountable for Quarterly customer pipeline goals - generated through expansion campaigns
  • Research and map the Auth0 customer journey
  • Turn data-driven customer insights into tests and programs
  • Map, align, and monitor programs across all customer touchpoints to drive the best customer experience
  • Create acquisition programs to expand customer contacts
  • Develop and execute marketing activities to support the overall customer marketing programs including webinars, direct mails, meetings, newsletters, emails, and customer events 
  • Work collaboratively between sales, customer success, marketing, product marketing, design, and other teams
  • Lead and execute all Auth0 broad, revenue-generating communications for customers. 

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing or customer marketing role; technology or software/SaaS industry is preferred
  • 1+ years of success in a customer marketing specific role
  • Ability to lead and execute effective cross-channel programs (digital, events, direct mail, email, webinars, etc.) 
  • Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on tactical, practical execution, and driving results
  • Passion for driving customer engagement
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical: driven to make decisions from data
  • Ability to work with remote team members
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Apps, Slack and video conference tools a plus
  • Experience and comfortable with a remote working environment
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
