Senior Product Designer, Jira Native Apps

Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.

Atlassian is one of the fastest growing software companies in the world, with millions of users across our products. We're making a substantial investment in experience design, working to make Atlassian products beneficial for all teams. We're growing our global design team and searching for passionate, talented designers to help us.

As a designer in the Agile group, you'll work with a tight-knit, cross-functional team, working collaboratively to improve existing functionality and build exciting new features. The core product you’ll be working on is our Jira mobile app, but always keeping in mind how it fits into the larger world of Atlassian’s product suite.

You’ll be empowered to bring your design expertise to the entire product development process, from kicking off early stage research and exploration, making quality designs, and qualifying the impact these have had for our customers. You’ll be making a difference to all the people who need the power of our Jira cloud products in their pocket; a key part of keeping work moving and responding quickly as situations develop.

As an experience designer at Atlassian you’ll:

  • Make a substantial impact at scale. Many successful organizations rely on Atlassian products to do their work. As a designer involved in everything from ground floor product strategy to UI implementation, your work will have incredible customer impact.
  • Tackle interesting, complex problems. Working closely with your engineering and product management squad, you'll have a large amount of ownership and autonomy across the entire design process; rather than just design individual features, you'll have the opportunity to define the end-to-end experience of an exciting and critical area of our product suite.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with some of the smartest (and nicest) people in the industry. Day-to-day you'll work on a fast-moving, multidisciplinary product team, collaborating closely with Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Researchers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts to champion the user experience in our products and ship high quality work.
  • Be a true champion for our users. We take design seriously, and in line with one of our core values, ("Don't F the Customer") are on a mission to become an experience-led company. We want to make our customers love how easily our products help them.

In this particular role you’ll:

  • Steer the strategic design direction of our mobile apps
  • Influence and shape how we go about our work, ship product, and drive the product roadmap
  • Deliver high quality experiences to our customers, and help champion this best practice with your teams.
  • Help your team plan and conduct exploratory user research and effective usability tests
  • Strike the balance between keeping our experience clear and easy to use, with adding powerful new features.
  • Help our design community thrive and grow with your craft leadership.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Deep and up-to-date expertise in iOS and Android platforms
  • A passion for design thinking methods with a deep understanding and a high degree of empathy for the people who experience your work
  • Interest in being a self-starter with your eye constantly on design improvement. You are someone who can easily step into the customer's shoes to craft delightful experiences, or make existing experiences polished and user friendly
  • An end-to-end product design process that stretches from discovery to measuring the impact of your designs
  • Foundational research knowledge. You can define what user research needs to be done (and you're excited to do some yourself) and use existing research findings in your work
  • Awesome communication and influencing skills. You're comfortable working closely with developers and product managers, and know how to work in a team environment to deliver on customer and business value. You can communicate highly technical concepts in a way that makes sense for our diverse customer audience
  • The ability to communicate your design at different levels of fidelity, from paper to the final pixel
  • A growth mentality. Our team moves fast

To be successful you’ll have:

  • Extensive hands-on professional experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer, with proven growth, designing and shipping mobile applications
  • A comfort for defining projects and measures of success, testing your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporating feedback
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration abilities, a flexible and friendly approach to working with teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes
  • The ability to apply your design skills in research, interaction design, and visual design to help craft and improve customer experience.
  • Strong execution skills. You are skilled in modern design tools
  • Experience prototyping your designs

Principal Product Designer, Mobile
Medium
product design ios android May 04
Medium’s mission is to help people deepen their understanding of the world and discover ideas that matter. We are building a place where ideas are judged on the value they provide to readers, not the fleeting attention they can attract for advertisers. We are creating the best place for reading and writing on the internet—a place where today’s smartest writers, thinkers, experts, and storytellers can share big, interesting ideas.

Our mission hinges on design: designing a product that helps readers discover the stories that matter to them; designing an ecosystem that supports and rewards quality writing; designing an experience that respects intelligence and is worth paying for. We are building this future, one product release at a time, and looking to designers to help lead the way.

We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to work on our Mobile team, focusing on making Medium’s mobile app experiences the best places to discover and share great ideas.  You will collaborate with product and engineering peers to develop a vision for Medium native apps and work with the team to execute on that vision.

What will do you?

  • Lead the design vision for Medium’s mobile apps, creating a best in class experience that is compelling, innovative, and clear.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and editorial teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges. Together, you’ll solve problems and come up with solutions that delight our users.
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
  • Use competitive research, user research, and a keen product design sensibility to develop solutions that are intuitive and compelling.

Who are you?

  • You have experience designing for native mobile apps, and are deeply familiar with iOS and Android standards and design patterns. You know how to design an app that feels cohesive across platforms, while adapting to the needs and constraints of different hardware and software.
  • You love big sweeping ideas but also enjoy the details. From product ideation and system thinking to kerning and grids, you demonstrate a capacity and enthusiasm for the spectrum of design.
  • You have demonstrated experience leading the design process from start to finish. Whether creating a research plan, brainstorming, creating wireframes, crafting detailed UI/UX, prototyping, or just building a Powerpoint, you feel comfortable using a variety of methods and tools to go from idea to reality, bringing others along with you through the process.
  • You have experience designing experiments — you know how to use hypotheses to drive solutions and apply qualitative and quantitative data to make design decisions.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and have shown an ability to bring clarity and structure to a complex system or user experience challenge.
  • You have strong visual awareness and sensibilities.
  • You’re a great communicator who can design frameworks to help us find opportunities, brainstorm and illustrate concepts, and effectively tell the stories of your ideas.
  • You thrive when you’re working with a small team in an ever-changing environment. You are confident, willing to learn, and want to collaborate with others to design world-class experiences.
  • Experience working on social or media products is a plus.
At Medium, we foster an inclusive, supportive, fun yet challenging team environment. We understand the value of diverse backgrounds and respect the healthy expression of diverse opinions. We embrace experimentation and the examination of all kinds of ideas through reasoning and testing. Come join us as we continue to change the world of digital media. Hyperscience’s Intelligent Document Processing solution has been implemented at some of the world's leading financial services, insurance, healthcare and government organizations, including TD Ameritrade, QBE Insurance Group Limited and Voya Financial, helping them lower costs, reduce error rates by 67% and increase employee capacity by 10x.

Since its founding in 2014, Hyperscience has grown to more than 250 employees with offices in New York City, Sofia, Bulgaria, and London, UK, and has consistently been recognized as one of the best places to work, with a collaborative and innovative culture and best-in-class benefits.

Job Description
Hyperscience is hiring a Product Designer who will join one or more squads building new capabilities into the Hyperscience platform. This Designer will apply user centered design methods, lean product principles, work closely with a team of Engineers and PMs, and learn a lot of new skills along the way!

Designers in this role will be immersed in a host of emerging technologies that come with complex design challenges. They will collaborate with machine learning engineers, design human-in-the-loop interactions, and work with users and stakeholders at large enterprises that make up the Hyperscience customer base. Candidates will learn these concepts on the job and need not be experts in machine learning or automation to apply.

Hyperscience Designers work end-to-end in the product lifecycle. Depending on the needs of your product squads, Designers perform research to discover user pains and needs, prototype and test solutions, and design visual artifacts to communicate those solutions to Engineers. Candidates should have some proficiency in design research as well as UX and UI design in complex web applications, and there is ample opportunity to grow on the job!

Responsibilities

  • Surface lean solutions in a complex technical landscape.
  • Lead many varieties of research in order to understand user and stakeholders needs.
  • Leverage evidence to inform and shape the user experience, to connect teammates with user needs, and to design solutions that  will address user and business needs.
  • Design workflows and other solutions that solve user problems and enable them to accomplish tasks in Hyperscience effectively.
  • Build prototypes, run tests, and iterate with users in order to reduce risk and ship products that solve real problems.
  • Maintain a vocabulary of effective user interface patterns and practices for enterprise software.
  • Determine how a large area of the product will interact with people, facilitate conversations to gather feedback, and proactively share research findings.
  • Engage the full team in the design process so that design work is aligned to business needs and is technically feasible.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and understanding of the broader context that surrounds Hyperscience users: the organizations they work for, the problems they are trying to solve, and the automation industry at large.
  • Maintain sufficient expertise in the technical underpinnings of Hyperscience to collaborate with a team of PMs and Engineers.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Product Design for enterprise-grade web applications or services
  • A strong interest in user-centered design principles and qualitative research methods
  • A portfolio demonstrating Product Design experience
  • Expertise in interaction design and defining user flows
  • Comfort with ambiguity - our company is growing! As we scale we’re looking for a Designer that is comfortable diving into that ambiguity to help drive the product forward
  • Proficiency in visual design and prototyping tools, e.g. Figma
  • Comfort collaborating with Engineers and PMs to understand tradeoffs between effort and value
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Location

  • Ideally this position is in NYC, Toronto, London, or Sofia, but working remotely anywhere in the US on East Coast hours is also an option.

Benefits
- Top notch healthcare for you and your family
- 30 days of paid leave annually to help nurture work-life symbiosis
- A 100% 401(k) match for up to 6% of your annual salary
- Stock Options

Peerspace is on a mission to bring people together, starting with making it easy to find and book the perfect places to meet, create, and celebrate. Our Airbnb-like marketplace uncovers the world’s most unique spaces - such as lofts, rooftops, and art galleries - and makes them bookable for meetings, events, and film or photo shoots.

Over 2 million people have attended activities booked in Peerspace locations, and we’re looking for people who want to help us reach the next 10 million.

For those of us at Peerspace, it's our goal to make every unique space a potential source of inspiration and creativity for businesses and professionals across the world. For us to fully realize this dream we're going to have to be the first to solve some very difficult problems that exist in the short-term real estate market. That's where you come in.

We need that one-of-a-kind problem solver who can deeply empathize with the issues that guests and hosts currently face, uncover the latent needs that are unmet in the market, and help us create engaging user-experiences that replace the current frustrations with delight. As a Senior Product Design Manager, you will use every tool at your disposal to build an amazing product -- depending on the day this might be attending user research activities with our customers, creating wireframes to model and communicate a user flow, building an interactive prototype, getting to pixel-level perfection in a mockup, sitting side-by-side with an engineer during implementation of your designs, or coaching a designer on your team. You will work on a variety of projects, from conceptual to tactical to growth. Your work will actually ship, every two weeks. You will have a direct impact in our customers’ experience and the overall trajectory of the business. Finally, this is a unique opportunity to build out the design team at Peerspace as you will have the opportunity to hire and lead the next designers that join the company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and the executive leadership team
  • Lead the design team and set the design strategy for the company
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts together with the team
  • Rapidly sketch, prototype, provide options, articulate UX/UI tradeoffs, and iterate quickly
  • Build wireframes, interactive prototypes and polished designs
  • Explore and promote new and promising design trends
  • Lead design reviews with company leadership and provide expertise on how design can drive business results
  • Drive design through data, build methods to collect and analyze data from user interactions, run/attend experiments and user interviews
  • Translate design decisions into style guides, patterns and reusable components for other teammates to use to build the product
  • Implement strategies for standardizing design patterns across the site to speed development velocity across the team
  • Work directly with our engineers, delivering assets and assistance in building fully functional user interfaces
  • Help build a culture that promotes and values design throughout the organization

Requirements

  • Portfolio of relevant past work that demonstrates the skills required for this position
  • 5+ years of design experience as an individual contributor or design manager
  • Experience in designing across multiple platforms and responsive applications that can fit screen sizes for mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop
  • Strong design portfolio (please include this with your application)
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Invision, Adobe, etc.
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience designing marketplace products is a bonus

Perks

  • Competitive salary with employee stock options and access to 401k and FSA/HSA
  • Medical coverage subsidized by Peerspace
  • Dental, vision, and disability coverage provided at no cost by Peerspace
  • Apple laptop, 4K display, and monthly cell phone credit
  • Frequent company events and quarterly offsites (in Peerspace locations, of course)
  • Take-it-when-you-need-it vacation and sick days
  • A flexible work environment (currently all PS employees are WFH)
  • $500 annual professional development allowance
  • Access to design mentorship and design leadership communities
  • 20% discount on all Peerspace bookings

Contrast Security is the world’s leading provider of security technology that enables software applications to protect themselves against cyberattacks, heralding the new era of self-protecting software. Contrast's patented deep security instrumentation is the breakthrough technology that enables highly accurate assessment and always-on protection of an entire application portfolio, without disruptive scanning or expensive security experts. Only Contrast has sensors that work actively inside applications to uncover vulnerabilities, prevent data breaches, and secure the entire enterprise from development, to operations, to production.

This position is located in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We work remotely right now, but when it’s safe to reopen our offices, the person in this role must be able to regularly commute to our Belfast location.

The Opportunity

At Contrast, we make application security smart and simple for software teams. But simple is not easy, and the struggle is real.

We are looking for a senior level product designer to help us bring a clear, actionable story about security risk to our customers. You are comfortable creating prototypes or concepts to review with users, working with complex data, and have an interest in data visualization. You have built or maintained design systems and know why they matter so much. While we don’t expect you to lead user research or usability testing, you are happy to lend a hand.

In this role, you will largely cover two application security products: one that monitors open-source libraries and new product that strengthens our platform. You may be assigned to support other product needs, as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with UX designers and engineers to create concepts and evolve them into workflows, wireframes, and final mockups or visual assets. Help define and clarify user stories.
  • Seek internal and external design reviews with your user experience colleagues, product teams, and customers to refine your thinking. Partner where you can.
  • Improve and maintain our design system alongside other product designers and front-end engineers. Fight visual and interactive inconsistency across our products.
  • Participate in user research or usability testing efforts to understand problems or surface opportunities for intended audiences. Inform your design choices with this deeper understanding.
  • Always collaborate. You know how to work well with UX designers, Agile development teams, and product managers.
  • Bring leadership: propose solutions and reach out to make them happen.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of product design experience that includes enterprise products. Brand or consumer product design alone is not sufficient.
  • Strong storytelling skills. You can present the user’s point-of-view to teams and stakeholders through your design choices and encourage empathy.
  • Expertise with design tools to visualize your work, such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Sketching or drawing ability to quickly communicate ideas.
  • Attention to detail and well-developed problem-solving skills
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates how your design choices solved user problems. Please include access to this in your application or we cannot consider you.

  • Preferred:
  • BS/BA/BFA in art, design, or related field
  • Experience designing DevOps or security software with a wide range of integrations
  • Familiar using and maintaining design systems in your workflow
  • Data visualization skill

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package (salary + equity)
  • A fun and dynamic environment where you work with other like minded people on products which make a real difference to the security of our customers
  • Free in-office lunches every day
  • Healthcare packages
We are changing the world of software security. Do it with us.
We believe in what we do and are passionate about helping our customers secure their business.
If you’re looking for a challenge and want to enjoy where you work, you’ll love Contrast Security.

By submitting your application, you are providing Personal Information about yourself (cover letter, resume, email address, etc.) and hereby give your consent for Contrast Security, Inc. and/ or our HR-related Service Providers, to use this information for the purpose of processing, evaluating and responding to your application for current and future career opportunities. Trello is growing its Enterprise team in 2021, and we want you to help craft the future of this part of our product. Trello is used at scale in large organizations around the world: IBM, Bloomberg, John Deere, just to name a few. These teams have specific needs that come with the size of their organizations.

The team you’ll join will be crafting new features that allow enterprise admins to have more control over how their teams access, collaborate, and adopt Trello across their organizations. Additionally, we are going to make it easier for growing teams to buy our enterprise features without the help of the Trello team, allowing them to scale seamlessly.

The opportunity for design is to transform the Enterprise product experience, making it a delight to use at scale for large teams. As a designer for Trello Enterprise, you have the unique opportunity to leave your mark on our well-loved product.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 6+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer in increasingly senior roles, designing, and shipping products.
  • Past experience working on enterprise products
  • A demeanor of resiliency. You are able to hear user feedback (sometimes tough) and look for ways to tackle real-world problems.
  • Your seniority is obvious when it comes to harnessing the energy of a large and highly skilled product team. This means strong facilitation and collaboration abilities, a flexible and friendly approach to working with teams, and the demeanor to lead teams toward the best design outcomes.
  • You have experience working across product teams and managing and communicating with a diverse range of partners.
  • You have incredible communication skills, in multiple settings: one on ones, group meetings, and written communication. You can translate highly technical content to non-technical people, and more importantly into our user’s language.
  • You have robust experience with customer research and know when to apply the right methodology to the problem at hand.
  • You've developed a deep understanding and a high degree of compassion for the people who experience your work.
  • You are comfortable defining projects and measures of success, testing your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporating feedback.
  • You have the ability to apply your design skills in research, interaction design, and visual design to help craft and build new features.
  • You balance data-informed insights alongside synthesizing customer research streams.
  • Importantly, you have strong execution skills too, and are adept in modern tools such as Figma, Mural, and Keynote.
  • You use prototyping frameworks in your workflow.

Senior Product Designer
Quartzy
senior product design html saas testing Dec 22 2020
Quartzy is seeking a talented product designer to join us in shaping brand-new features for our web application.  You’ll have a chance to play a major part in growing our product organization as our company scales.

We’ve recently shifted to a distributed work model so this role is remote (US Based).

About you
Our customers are doing some of the coolest work in the world (some are literally attempting to cure cancer), and you are excited about making their lives easier by building seamless experiences. You have an insatiable curiosity about why customers behave in certain ways, and an instinct on what to build to solve their core problems. You can map user flows in your sleep and understand where bottlenecks or pain points arise. You are an expert in design systems, but know when to break the rules. You adroitly interpret qualitative and quantitative data, using them to iterate toward effortlessly usable solutions. You are just as excited to work with a team on building a company as you are to work on any one particular feature, and understand how design fits in helping all teams achieve their objectives.

About Quartzy
Quartzy is the world’s #1 lab management platform. Every day, hundreds of thousands of scientists from all over the world improve the efficiency of their research by using Quartzy. Our software combines lab resource management and eCommerce, producing unique value in this large market, returning time to researchers who can focus on their next discoveries. Our customer range from wine makers, to food/ag companies, to companies working on COVID testing and therapies. We are humbled every day to serve them.

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with our product team to shape ideas and create interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to test ideas and to quickly iterate to the best solution.
  • Iterate on existing flows.
  • Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that make our multi-dimensional product effortless to use.
  • Package assets and communicate with our engineering team to implement features.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of product design experience (no need for life sciences experience!)
  • Prior product design experience of B2B SaaS products, huge plus
  • An affinity for consistency, color-use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details, but an understanding of when to make trade-offs to ensure business targets are achieved.
  • An exceptional communicator: You share your design thinking by stating upfront the design goals and user flows you are solving for. You can verbalize why certain choices were made and the pros/cons of any alternatives you considered.
  • An open mind - You take feedback without defensiveness and will incorporate others’ perspectives if they make sense.
  • A design stack expert: Fluency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design and prototyping tools. Ability to write HTML / CSS would be awesome!
  • A bias for action - you like to move quickly, and are always iterating on ideas.
  • An ownership mentality - You possess a natural tendency to take initiative and own projects. You feel accountable for the usability and customer experience of everything you design.

What we offer

  • A product-driven work environment where we strive to uncover the core problems and build innovative solutions.
  • Rich benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and more!
  • A company culture that values transparency, accountability and fun! Read more about it here!

Senior Product Designer, Lifecycle
Medium
senior product design Nov 02 2020

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Lifecycle team , whose mission is to craft the journey our readers take to becoming Medium members, supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle of their relationship with Medium.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design of the lifecycle experience, from high-level user journeys and concept work to detailed interactions, flows, and visual design.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, marketing, and editorial teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges. Together, you’ll solve problems and come up with solutions that delight our users.
  • Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
  • Evaluate the success of existing products and features, and develop designs to support business objectives.
  • Let users lead the way. Our users inform where we are going. Our teams focus on listening to users, and letting their needs guide us to the best solutions.
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.

Who You Are:

  • You love big ideas but also enjoy the details.
At Medium, we foster an inclusive, supportive, fun yet challenging team environment. We value having a team that is made up of a diverse set of backgrounds and respect the healthy expression of diverse opinions. We embrace experimentation and the examination of all kinds of ideas through reasoning and testing. Come join us as we continue to change the world of digital media. Medium is an equal opportunity employer.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you.

Please note that communication regarding your application, interviews, and job offers will only come from e-mail addresses ending in "@medium.com". Anything else is not a legitimate outreach.

Every day, thousands of researchers from around the world improve the efficiency of their research by using Quartzy.  Our team and our product accelerates scientific progress by bringing well-designed, meaningful tools to the multi-billion-dollar life science research market. We recently raised a new round of funding and are gearing up for rapid product development.

About you
Our customers are doing some of the coolest work in the world (some are literally attempting to cure cancer), and you are excited about making their lives easier by building seamless experiences.

Our software combines lab resource management and eCommerce, producing a unique value in this large market. Our customers range from top medical schools to cancer therapeutics companies to food science companies, and we are humbled every day to be serving them.

  • 5+ years of product design experience

Principal Product Designer
Medium
product design Aug 03 2020

We are looking for a Principal Product Designer with exceptional design vision and craftsmanship, who can lead and execute in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to translate high-level strategy into compelling and beautiful user experiences. You generate tons of ideas and can prototype them quickly, and you excel at crafting both intuitive UX and beautiful visual design. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape how millions of people discover and share ideas every day. We are hiring a Principal Designer for both our Reader Experience team and our Creators team.

What you'll do:

  • Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and editorial teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges. Together, you’ll solve problems and come up with solutions that delight our users.
  • Evaluate the success of existing products and features, and develop designs to support business objectives.
  • Bring new ideas to the table that expand the capabilities of the product.
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
  • Embody and establish best practices for the design team, acting as a mentor to fellow designers.

Who you are:

  • You love big sweeping ideas but also enjoy the details. From product ideation and system thinking to kerning and grids, you demonstrate a capacity and enthusiasm for the spectrum of design. You can help lay the groundwork to set new problem spaces up for success, and you can provide exceptional hands-on execution as necessary.
  • You’re able to rapidly ideate and iterate in a fluid startup environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have shown an ability to bring clarity and structure to a complex system or user experience challenge.
  • You’re a team player and facilitator who can collaborate easily with everyone from more junior designers to engineers to executives. You engage with teammates with clarity, openness, and curiosity.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can present your vision and design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team.
  • You know how to design for the long-term, but also how to iterate quickly to get to a first version of that future.
  • You have experience working in an agile environment with fellow design, product, engineering and insights leaders to align on product strategy and make great things as a team.
  • Coding and prototyping skills are a strong plus!
Medium is an equal opportunity employer.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you.
