We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager to drive the implementation and improvement of commerce capabilities to delight our customers and improve efficiency for internal partners e.g. Sales, Support and Finance teams.

You'll be responsible for managing commerce requests from other teams and establishing your own roadmap of improvements by analysing internal data, demonstrating customer insights from surveys and NPS; gathering requirements from stakeholder interviews and advocates that are front line support for issues today, benchmarking with other companies on standard methodologies, and understanding industry trends, to ensure that buying from Atlassian is frictionless and easy. This will involve working with internal partner groups such as product/pricing, finance and accounting, design, marketing, product teams, dedicated advocates to envision and deliver (with IT/Engineering) the efficient experience. In addition to being responsible for improving CSAT metrics, you will be responsible for inspiring changes and improvements that affect other key company metrics such as cart abandonment, financial controls, reducing support ticket volume etc.

More about you

  • Proven ability to design and deliver a successful commerce platform and experience roadmap
  • 5-7+ years of product management background with experience in crafting and deploying B2B or B2C ecommerce or SaaS platforms (e.g. product catalog, recommendations, shopping cart, quotes, billing systems, tax, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems, organisation and account models
  • Experience delivering products and experiences globally
  • Experience in leading / prioritising product roadmaps and effective partner engagement
  • Proven success of leading product strategy from concept to launch that delivered awesome user experiences
  • Excellent partnering and collaboration skills with both internal and external partners
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to weave strategy, insights, priorities and plan forward into a structured and organised storyline at all levels of management
  • Experience with customer usability (UX & UI) and hypothesis driven experimentation
  • High energy, results-oriented self-starter with a positive mindset and with a "can do" attitude. Must be persistent, ambitious, curious and creative with a track record of focusing on high impact and strategic initiatives through to execution without direct authority

We are hiring for a key role in our Product organization to lead a product team in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. The IAM product domain sits at the core of Auth0 and is the engine that drives our business. You will:

  • Own, define and evangelize the roadmap for the IAM-Sessions team. 
  • Collaborate with the product triad (engineering, design) to define and prioritize the roadmap and iterative deliverables for all aspects of Session Management. 
  • Lead the effort for discovery work with customers/prospects, internal stakeholders, industry trends, competitive analysis, etc. 
  • Write requirements for product deliverables including the scope & acceptance criteria (the what) and the business need driving them (the why) so that both the purpose and the intended outcome is clearly understood by all stakeholders.
  • Inspire and align the product team to deliver the outcomes in an efficient, iterative manner.

As Senior Product Manager on our Flight Data & Deal Personalization team you will be responsible for collaborating with our flight experts to rethink and improve upon our deal discovery and delivery tooling. What You Will Do

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of product management experience with enterprise IT software (experience with open source and databases a plus)
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of customers’ business challenges and needs
  • Self-motivated and self-managed
  • Team player - ability to work both within the product team and across other teams
  • Excellent work ethic, strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
  • Willing to travel occasionally on business throughout the EMEA and the US
  • Language skills: English fluently, additional languages appreciated
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, including public speaking skills
  • Experience in working with inter-departmental stakeholders to successfully develop and deliver software products and solutions
  • Ability to lead without authority breaking down barriers between product areas and functions

As a Product Manager at Kukui, you will be responsible for creating amazing products that our customers love. You’ll partner with executive leadership, production, sales and support teams to strategize, develop and implement products to better serve our growing customer base. You’ll work with the development team to ensure that the product road map is delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Kukui’s customer base and their business needs in order to provide the best possible solutions
  • Partner with executive leadership, production and technical teams to develop product roadmaps
  • Research and conceptualize features that support business and user needs
  • Set priorities and scope for the development team
  • Gather data to support product decisions
  • Develop and maintain product documentation
  • Develop business cases and ensure work is focused on those cases with maximum value
  • Help develop and deploy key market messages with Kukui marketing team
  • Support other efforts/initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager for a software company
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Experience in the auto repair industry is highly preferred
  • Experience working remotely with a distributed team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent project-management and analytical skills

Location:
This is a remote position with the option to work from our office in Roseville, CA.
